Twin girls killed after tornado brings tree down on their home in New York

Winds from a tornado have brought down trees across Oneida County in New York, killing three people. Two 6-year-old twin girls, Emily and Kenni Bisson, were tragically killed when a tree came through their roof in the town of Kirkland. Governor Kathy Hochul has declared a state of emergency in 32 New York counties.
