Road rage killer shoots toddler after family car honks at him

This is the horrifying moment a driver shoots a 23-month-old girl in the head in a bloody road rage attack. The killer, named as pick-up truck driver Alex de Oliveira Nunes, had seconds earlier pulled over to let a family saloon pass him when it honked at him to get by.
