Diddy verdict cliffhanger: Jury sent back to deliberate on key charge

The jury in Diddy's case have reached a verdict on counts 2,3,4 and 5 but are deadlocked on count 1 - which is the racketeering charge.At 4.05pm on Tuesday, barely 12 hours after they began deliberating the eight weeks of evidence, the jury sent Judge Arun Subramanian a note to say they could not reach a verdict on racketeering conspiracy.
