Texas sheriff says flash flooding killed at least 24 people

Kerr County Sheriff Larry Leitha and Texas Governor Greg Abbott provides an update on the flash flooding saying that at least 24 people have died and search efforts are ongoing. One additional death was reported in neighboring Kendall County, though its connection to the flooding remains unconfirmed.
