This Morning viewer breaks down as house clutter repels mum from visiting

A This Morning guest revealed that she hoarded so much that her mum refused to enter her house and one of her wardrobes was wedged shut for five years. Caroline got in touch with the ITV show for her home to be given the 'ultimate transformation' by cleaner Vicky Gordon and her team. After hurting her back 14 years ago, Caroline has struggled to keep her house tidy and it recently has become 'a lot worse'.
