Tanya Powell, the mother of 21-year old Ella Cahill, describes on Fox News the sad final moments when her daughter was washed away in the Texas floods. She explained Ella was struggling to stay above the water while on the front porch and before being washed away she told her friend inside the home to tell her parents that 'she loved them'.
