Congresswoman speaks out about four US children wrongfully being detained in Canada.

A Oregon mom and her four US born children were abducted and detained by the border of Canada two weeks prior, after visiting family at the Canadian border. The mother has been denied access to legal counsel. Canada Border Patrol denied Oregon Congresswoman, Maxine Dexter, access to the family as well and she's speaking out on social media. Waters says the family is being held in inhumane conditions inside a cement windowless cell.
