Gunman kills two women at church after shooting officer at traffic stop

A gunman has killed two women at a Lexington church in Kentucky, after earlier shooting a deputy at a traffic stop near an airport before carjacking a vehicle to flee the scene. Two men shot at the church were also taken to hospital, one in critical condition. The gunman was shot and killed by police.
