Oasis fans climb fence at Gallagher hill to catch glimpse of the band

A tall barrier has failed to dampen Oasis fans' spirts at 'Gallagher Hill'. Manchester Council brought the fence in after last week's gigs. It meant that the crowd couldn't see the band. But they could hear them and joined in with the songs. Oasis have Friday and Saturday gigs at Heaton Park. So the hill is likely to see more soaking up the atmosphere
