Teen who froze to death on Mexican volcano records chilling last message

Paolo Sánchez Carrasco, a 14-year-old boy, was reported missing in Mexico City on July 17. He was later found dead on July 19 on the Iztaccíhuatl volcano, located in the State of Mexico. According to reports, Paolo attempted to climb the volcano alone, without the proper gear or thermal clothing required to withstand the low temperatures at high altitude. His death was reportedly caused by hypothermia.
