This is the shocking moment a brazen thief steals a woman's £1,300 phone right under her nose. Emma Horne was working at her salon in Warrington, Cheshire, in June when a man, carrying a newspaper, walked in asking for a haircut. Surveillance footage shows the thief using the newspaper to cover her Samsung phone, which was sitting on the desk, before swiping it away.
