Reckless mopeds cause havoc as they jump red lights in London

Reckless moped riders caused havoc in Streatham, south London, by running red lights and nearly hitting a pedestrian. Dashcam footage captured the moment two mopeds sped through red traffic lights at a busy crossroads. Another clip shows a moped running a red light on the wrong side of the road, narrowly missing a pedestrian.
