Moment 'thief' is pepper sprayed by police after smashing bottles

In the war on shoplifting, supermarket staff now seem to have a new weapon against suspected thieves - the shop itself. Workers at a Tesco shop in Swansea decided to deal with a man they thought was stealing by locking him in until the police arrived as he began smashing bottles. Doors at the Express store near the Welsh city's train station were locked until police officers armed with a stun gun turned up.
