Huge rockfall narrowly misses sunbathers as cliff stone crashes down onto beach

Thousands of tons of rock crashed onto a beach, narrowly avoiding sunbathers. A huge plume of red dust billowed across the sea after the massive rockfall. The crash cut off some beachgoers who were there at the time, and a lifeboat was launched to rescue them. The heart-stopping moment was captured on camera at Budleigh Salterton, Devon, on Saturday.
