Police ID shooter, say he took his own life after killing four in NYC

NYPD commissioner Jessica Tisch has confirmed the identity of the mass shooting suspect that killed four people in central New York City as Shane Tamura. Tamura had a 'documented history of mental illness,' and took his own life inside the building.
