Surfers spotted on Waikiki Beach Hawaii an hour before the tsunami is expected

Lifeguards in Honolulu, Hawaii had to clear rebellious surfers off the beach after a magnitude 8.8 earthquake struck off Russia's Far East and prompted tsunami warnings and evacuations stretching across the Pacific Ocean.
