Massive quake smashes Russia and causes tsunami chaos for US and Japan

A massive earthquake measuring 8.7 on the Richter scale has smashes eastern Russia and cause tsunami-related chaos for large parts of the US and Japan. Beaches in Hawaii were evacuated and coastal residents in Japanese cities sheltered on rooftops awaiting any possible tsunami.
