British adventurer on her 'dream holiday' before death in fatal crash

A British adventurer who had just come back from trip of a lifetime to Mount Everest was killed in head on collision with ambulance after damaged tyre lost air. Cockermouth Coroners' Court heard the vehicle was not on an emergency call and no patients were inside at the time of the accident.
