Bodycam shows officer on TikTok while a suspect dies in backseat.

Exclusive bodycam footage from the family lawyer of suspect, Nathan Bradford Smith, shows the sad final moments before he passes away in a the backseat of a police cruiser. Coos Bay police officer, Benjamin Martin, is seen in the footage sending intimate texts and scrolling on TikTok before heading to the back of his police cruiser to check on Smith. Martin found Smith unconscious before attempting to revive him.
