Transgender woman is caught with trousers down inside a bin at block of flats

A transgender offender who dumped soiled adult nappies outside a block of flats and smeared excrement on milk bottles has avoided a jail sentence. The court was told Taylor's Facebook profile referred to being an 'adult baby diaper lover'.
