Furious motorists complain over a 13-inch high 'killer kerb'

A pro-pedestrian council has installed a 'killer kerb' that has caused thousands of pounds worth of damage to cars. The Lib Dem-led Wiltshire Council installed the 13-inch high construction near Salisbury train station to create a 'more welcoming environment for pedestrians'.
