Proposed bridge plans for Cape Cod draws ire from local residents

Proposed bridge plans for two bridges in Cape Cod have angered locals. Reconstruction plans for the Sagamore and Bourne Bridges are in the works in an effort to ease traffic. The rebuilding plans, however, come with a price - multiple homes will be seized by the state and destroyed to accommodate the updates.
