Plane crashes off North Carolina coast before heart-stopping rescue

Mark Finkelstein was rescued from his partially submerged plane after making an emergency landing off the coast of Oak Island in North Carolina. Video shot from the beach captured the crash before drone video from the beach's rescue unit, that happened to be nearby, recorded the heart-stopping rescue.
