Pepper spray deployed as anti-migrant protestors clash with police in east London

Clashes broke out during an anti-migrant demonstration at Canary Wharf shopping centre, east London. Police deployed pepper spray, leading to one arrest. A child was accidentally caught in the spray and was helped by members of the public.
