Home Secretary Yvette Cooper told the House of Commons that following the agreement on the "one in, one out" deal with France last month, the first returns of migrants crossing the Channel will begin "later this month".The pilot scheme has been agreed for the UK to send back migrants to France who arrived in small boats, in exchange for those who apply and are approved to come to the UK.
