Kansas City prosecutor reveals fleeing police is now a Class D felony

Jackson County Prosecutor Melesa Johnson shared a video to Facebook explaining the county's success in arresting reckless drivers since instating Valentine's Law. Johnson also revealed that fleeing police will now be considered a Class D felony in the state of Missouri.
