Jamie Borthwick has been sensationally axed from EastEnders after 19 years after he was suspended for using a disabled slur.Jamie, who has played Jay Brown for almost two decades, was suspended earlier this year when a video of the incident was publicly shared.The EastEnders actor, 31, was filmed using the term 'm********s' during his time on Strictly Come Dancing last year.Despite rumours Jamie would return to Albert Square, BBC bosses have now made the decision to sack the disgraced actor from the show.In a statement, a spokesperson for BBC Studios said: 'We can confirm that Jamie Borthwick will not be returning to EastEnders.'We do not comment on individual matters.'
