Paternity fraud victim recounts how he discovered he wasn't his child's father

In 2019, her 26-year-old son had Ryan rekindled his relationship with ex-girlfriend Beth Fernley who made him believe he was her child's father. In April, at Liverpool Crown Court, Fernley admitted fraud by false representation but avoided jail - she was sentenced to 13 months in jail, suspended for 18 months.
