Mysterious 'phantom' F1 driver races on Czech Republic's road

An elusive 'phantom' F1 driver who has 'menaced' major motorways for six years has finally been arrested by police in the Czech Republic. On Sunday morning a 51-year-old man was arrested at his home in the village of Buk, 37 miles south-west of Prague.
