NYPD monitoring terror threats for East River bridges and tunnels.

NYPD Commissioner, Jessica Tisch, announces that there is monitoring of threats for East River Bridges and tunnels connecting to Manhattan. Tishch told NYC residents to expect more police presence at monuments and infrastructures around the city.
