Lewis Capaldi appeared overwhelmed as he issued an expletive filled reaction after a couple got engaged at his show at the London O2 on Thursday evening. The hitmaker is currently touring the UK for the first time since he returned to the spotlight following his comeback show at Glastonbury in June. And his third show in London night was made extra special after their was a proposal in the crowd.
