Elderly British couple released from Afghanistan after eight months detained

The British couple who walked free after being held captive by the Taliban in Afghanistan for almost eight months have been reunited with their daughter. Barbie Reynolds and her husband Peter were released following mediation led by Qatar. They were paraded on camera before boarding a plane to Doha, where they will receive medical checks.
