Kenyan tourist in Russia says he was deceived to join Putin's army

A Kenyan citizen serving in the Russian army said he was captured by Ukrainian soldiers near Vovchansk, Kharkiv Oblast. Evans traveled to Russia as a tourist and said he was deceived into joining the Russian army, as he was never told what kind of job he would be doing.
