Armed man arrested at Kirk memorial site 'impersonating law enforcement'
An armed man has been arrested at the Charlie Kirk memorial site in Arizona, after Secret Service approached him and found him to be 'impersonating law enforcement.' Joshua Runkles, 42, was booked into the Maricopa County Jail but has since been released on bail.
