'African tribe leader' says they're staying put despite another eviction notice

A self-styled "African tribe", who are camping in woodland in the Scottish Borders, stayed put on Monday despite receiving a second eviction notice from authorities, according to local media. The so-called Kingdom of Kubala was ordered to vacate the land on the outskirts of Jedburgh.
