Steve Reed pledges to restore 'the dream of home ownership' with plans for 12 towns and an aim to deliver 300,000 new homes as the Prime Minister attempts to finally bring good news to struggling families. The party is due to start work in Tempsford in Bedfordshire, Leeds South Bank in West Yorkshire and Crews Hill in Greater London before the next general election.
