Shocked diners scramble to safety after restaurant ceiling collapses. A restaurant goer captured the moments after the ceiling of the Toby Carvery in Brockworth, Gloucester, crumbled, scattering dust and large chunks of the ceiling across the restaurant and its patrons. Two were taken to the hospital.
