Video appears to show Gary Neville using his phone while driving

A passer by claims to have spotted Gary Neville spotted using his phone while driving in Manchester. The Sky Sports pundit was allegedly filmed with one hand on the steering wheel while the other held his phone as he was stopped at a red light before driving off with the phone still in his hand.
