NC police confirm 'premeditated' shooting suspect had repeatedly sued town

North Carolina police have confirmed the identity of a mass shooting suspect that killed three people in Southport. Nigel Max Edge has been arrested over the killings, and police say he had previously sued the town and the police department multiple times.
