Viewers of Beat The Chase were left with their mouths on the floor when a contestant lost out on a £75,000 prize pot by just one second. When asked what the other name for German measles is, he said 'mumps', losing his lead over the chasers when host Bradley Walsh informed him with just a second to go that the answer was rubella.
