Father runs for sheriff after being charged for murder of his daughter's rapist

A Kansas father, Aaron Spencer, who was charged for shooting and killing his 14-year-old daughter's rapist is running to be Lono County sheriff. Spencer claims the legal system 'failed' him by charging him with murder and wants to protect other parents.
