Nine years after featuring on Grand Designs, a farm property has hit the market with a £2m guide price. It comes complete with a vineyard, fruit orchards, café, and farm shop. The four-bedroom home sits on nearly 16 acres of land. Located near the town of Weston, Devon, the farm gained fame after appearing on Channel 4's home development show, where the previous owner, Mark Diacono, built a plough-shaped house on the plot.
