President Donald Trump described Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni as 'a beautiful young woman', as she stood behind him on stage at a Gaza summit in Egypt's Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh. Trump was speaking in front of several world leaders on the stage, with Meloni the only female leader standing behind him.
