Moment prolific watch ripper grabs £65k timepiece from Tim Hortons boss' wrist

This is the moment a Tim Horton's boss had his £65,000 Patek Philippe timepiece snatched from his wrist by a prolific Algerian watch ripper on one of London 's most exclusive streets. CCTV shows Axel Schwan courageously giving chase to a thief who brazenly stole the luxe piece from the businessman on New Bond Street in Mayfair. The regional president of Tim Horton's Canada and US made his way down the road alongside his wife when a member of the watch ripping trio, which included Ahmed Djidi, 26, quietly snuck up behind him and ripped the five-figure watch from his arm. Although, career criminal Djidi didn't snatch the watch himself, the prolific watch thief was part of the gang who targeted the coffee boss by keeping a watchful eye out for a 'valuable wrist' they could steal from.
