Cat Deeley fought back the tears as a mother recounted how her ex husband burned both of their sons alive after a campaign of abuse - and revealed her eldest's final act of heroism before his death while on Wednesday's episode of This Morning. Claire Throssell lost her two sons Jack, 12 and Paul, nine, in October 2014 after her ex Darren Sykes, who she was with for 16 years, lured them into his attic and set the house on fire. A decade on from their death, Claire knew that it was time to release a book For My Boys on her heartbreaking ordeal, and she appeared on the ITV show to talk about it, as well as what she's doing to change the law.
