Michael Barrymore furiously rows with a shopkeeper over a 'new cigarette law'

Former TV presenter Michael Barrymore, 73 found himself in a heated argument with a shopkeeper after the 'new cigarette law' prohibited them from selling him more than two packets of cigarettes at a time.
