Moment police clamber over car and taser driver after 27-minute high speed chase

This is the moment police tasered Bryan Smith after a 30-minute high-speed chase through Bristol. The driver hit speeds of 80mph in 30mph zones, ran red lights and mounted pavements before being stopped by trained Roads Policing officers and a police helicopter.
