Plane overhead luggage locker bursts into flames sparking panic mid-air

An overheated power bank caught fire inside an overhead luggage locker sparking panic on a crowded Airbus. The AirChina plane - flying from Hangzhou to Seoul, South Korea, was foreced to make an emegency landing at  Shanghai's Pudong International Airport.
