Police handcuff 17-year-old BGT hopeful busking in town centre

Stunned student Charlie Wilson, 17, was arrested by a police officer and told he could be slapped with a fine of £1,000 as he was busking in the town centre of Bury, Greater Manchester, on August 24. Police bodycam footage shows the officer informing the teenager that he is breaching an order by using an amplified speaker, before threatening to 'lock him up' if he doesn't stop.
