2019: Prince Andrew seen at the Pitch@Palace event in China

Prince Andrew was seen at the Pitch@Palace event in China in 2019. The royal reportedly met with two alleged Chinese spies while on the trip. Andrew met Cai Qi, the alleged 'spymaster' at the heart of the collapsed China spy case, as well as Yang Tengbo, the suspected Chinese spy who was banned from Britian in 2023. His meetings in April 2019 with the pair were focused on a Chinese arm of the Pitch@Palace initiative which supported entrepreneurs.
